Port Operations and Product Expansion

Yanbu Commercial Port Operations and Expansion

1999 AJWA Group was awarded the contract of operating and managing the Yanbu Commercial Port. After investment to upgrade handling equipment, the volume of cargo handled through the Yanbu Commercial Port rose by 300% over a 2 year period.

Production Expansion

AJWA expanded its business by adding: production of packed barley and soya beans, packed millet of different kinds, packed wheat, packed cereals and jute sacks, loading ad unloading. Services maintenance and operation of port land and maritime transport of goods and passengers wholesale trade of agricultural crops and foodstuffs; Packing and packaging of agricultural crops and foodstuffs.

Share Transfer

AJWA Rice transferred all its shares to MBI Al-Jaber.

AJWA Egypt - Re-launch of El Nakhlettein with different flavor, packaging and strategies. Re-launch of Oleen the first and only specialized deep frying oil in Egypt.
