The launch of El Hana brand , the first and only brand in the
market to have both the real baladi ingredient and light vegetable
ghee in one pack. This was based on consumer insights, the brand
created a new segment of blended ghee, bringing the real baladi to
food, while being affordable.
It enjoyed a successful launch and high off-take rate and became
a monopolist in virgin ground with high quality perception &
turning into the generic name for blend ghee.
Launched Falafel dough and Half Fried Falafel in local market as
well as for export
